Let there be no mistake about it, the gift of Administration is listed among God's other gifts of authority and power! Literally, administration speaks of a helmsman, one who skillfully steers a ship to arrive at the destination set by the captain. 1. How well-trained is my support staff... Well enough to deal with crises and administrate our God-given destiny?

4. If I could change one thing about my Administration Department, what would it be?
